Private Educational Program Donation List 2009

The following donation amounts have been decided upon by the volunteers that donate their time and efforts to these beautiful birds in our care. These programs are our only source of funding and allow us to continue to stay open and help the birds that are sick and injured. To schedule a program or tour please call 330-667-2386.

This is a bird friendly facility. Our caging is for the birds. The cages are designed to help in the rehabilitation of a bird so that it can be released back into the wild. Many of the birds that are recering from injuries are unable to be seen by the publc.

Tours of the Facility:

Community Groups: $75 for an nhour presentation of three birds showin on the first. Parents must be present. Good quiet manners are required or you will be asked to leave.

Individual Tours: Free for people donating $100 or more for adoption of one of our educational birds. $50 donation for a tour without getting birds out of cages.

Programs Within County:

School Programs: $100 for first hour. $50 for each additional hour (no more than two programs per day).

Park Programs: $80 for first hour. $40 for each additional hour.

Church & Community Groups (Boy Scouts, Garden Clubs, Church Groups, Library, etc): $100 for first hour, $50 for each additonal hour)

Programs Outside County:

Program Cost $100 for first hour. $50 for each additional hour (no more than two programs per day)

Mileage costs: $2/mile for driving (arrive and return).

The Medina Raptor Center limits programs to a 90 minute driving time (each way) for programs.
